FORMAL GUIDELINES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THESE COURSES ARE NOW GIVEN BELOW

1) The Course Organiser secures a venue and a
Tutor(s)

2) The Course Organiser completes the YCB Registration Form and sends it to Howard Clayton, along with a remittance of £18.00 per candidate. Please send just one cheque, made payable to YCB, to cover fees for all candidates.

3) YCB completes the ECB Registration Form and logs the number of candidates

4) YCB sends the Registration Form and cheque from YCB for £15.00 a head to ECB

5) ECB sends all resources direct to the Course Organiser

6) On completion of the course, the organiser forwards a list of candidates to Howard Clayton

7) YCB logs the actual number of candidates and sends the form to ECB

8) The Tutor completes the Tutor payment sheet and sends it to Ian Chappell

9) Certificates will be sent direct to the Course Organiser

Please note that the YCB fee of £18.00 per head includes a small contribution from the candidates to the Tutor fee. YCB will pay the rest.

If a School is organising the course, it is presumed the facility wil be free.

Organisers from outside the school environment will need to negotiate and agree venue costs (if any) locally and charge candidates if necessary.
