YCB - Operations Management Group

YCB - Development Management Group
Chairman - Ian Chappell

This group will meet monthly and manage the YCDMs
Its roles will include the receipt of YCDM reports
It will discuss relevant working condition issues
It will agree YCDM work programmes
It will liaise with ECB

Coaching

The organisation, supervision and assessing of all UKCC Courses at Levels 1 and 2, and any other modules and innovations
It will recommend nominations for promotion
It will organise a regional coaching seminar
Liaison with staff coaches
Act as YCBCA and co-ordinate and oversee work of all branches
Communicate with all Branches
