RULES
The current Laws of Cricket shall apply but with the following playing conditions ;
1) The pitch shall be 21 yards in length.
2) The ball shall be 4.75 ozs
3) Stumps shall be 27 inches above the ground and 8 inches wide.
4) Each team shall consist of 11 players.
5) Each innings shall be 20 overs.
6) No bowler shall bowl more that 4 overs in a match.
7) When a batsman reaches or passes a personal total of 30, he/she must retire but may NOT return on the departure of the tenth batsman.
8) The team scoring the most runs shall be the winner.
9) In the event of the scores being level, the winner shall be determined as follows:
a) the side which lost the fewer wickets
b) lf still equal, the side with the highest score at the end of 19 overs, if still equal at the end of 18 overs, and so on.
c) lf still equal, 5 players from each side (not wicket-keeper) to bowl at the wickets from the bowler's end. The team scoring the most hits shall be the winners.
d) lf still equal, the same 5 players shall bowl alternately in a sudden death bowl out until a winner is achieved.
10) In all matches, no U13 aged fielder except the wicketkeeper shall be allowed to field nearer than 11 yards, measured front the middle stump, except behind the wicket on the offside (slips).
11) ECB regulations on the wearing of helmets must be observed.
